We are inviting our local Coalition partners to participate in the SNA as well, and we’ll offer a workshop on this process at the next Partnership Info Session on September 15th. Please visit our Provider Resources page for more information on SNA’s.

The SEED's AmeriCorps VISTA, Tupac Alcateur, made a video about our gathering; view it on the SEED's website here!
