English Forward: Organization Memberships

One Membership For Your Entire Organization!

Each user in your organization has an account page and access to the English Forward material associated with their organization’s membership but only the organization administrator has the power to adjust the membership. Organization administrators can add, manage and even delete accounts from within their organization dashboard.

In order to access your organization user management dashboard go to the My Account page and navigate to your subscriptions. There will be a “sub accounts” link on that page which will take you to the dashboard.

All of our plan sizes include the designated amount of concurrent accounts that have access to the materials at any one given time, rather than one-time use accounts. What that means is that if you have a user who no longer is with your organization you can delete that account and give access to another user without purchasing extra accounts.
